6. Warranty

We provide an 18-month workmanship warranty on all completed projects. This covers defects arising directly from our workmanship. The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by third parties, misuse, or neglect
Normal wear and tear
Structural movement or settlement beyond our control
Damage caused by extreme weather events

Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and subject to the relevant manufacturer's terms.

7. Liability

We carry comprehensive public liability insurance. Our liability to you shall not exceed the total value of the contract price for the relevant project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of use, or loss of business opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
